LIA's work is more than just relief and aid; we desire to impact individuals on a spiritual level as well. We know that true and lasting change is best achieved through spiritual transformation.
 
While we work to love people unconditionally, we are intentional about showing that the love and support comes from God.

When working with water purification projects our community health evangelists share how God also purifies our entire being. When working in medical and dental clinics our staff prays with patients and share the love of Christ. Our schools have bible curriculum, our street children projects have a discipleship program, our AIDS home care is done with the love of God, and everything we do has a spiritual element to it.

Micah 9:23 “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD."
