Dr. Florence Muindi, MD, MPH – Founding President, International Director
Dr. Florence Muindi has served as a medical missionary since 1989 and has worked extensively throughout Ethiopia, Kenya and Sudan. She is the founder and president of Life in Abundance International, a non-profit religious organization committed to bringing health to the poor through the local church. Dr. Florence Muindi was born in Kenya, Africa and graduated from the University Of Nairobi Medical School in 1989. She holds an M.D. as well as an M.P.H degree. She received training in Switzerland and Belgium in specialized public health interventions, holds a diploma in Urban Poor Theology and is also an ordained minister.

Justin Narducci, MBA – Director, Partnerships and Resources
In 2007, Justin Narducci joined the LIA family as a Director. Justin’s experience in ministry, government, and in the private sector have served him well as he works to expand the work of LIA in both America and Africa. Justin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University and an M.B.A in International Management from Thunderbird - School of Global Management. At Thunderbird, Justin specialized in International Development and conducted field research pertaining to community development and immigration.
Prior to joining LIA, Justin negotiated and financially managed international defense contracts for the Boeing Company. While at Boeing, Justin personally worked with foreign clients in Europe and three middle-eastern countries, to execute multi-million dollar defense procurements. Justin enjoys spending time with and his wife Erin and their two toddlers.

James Getere, CPA – Director, Finance and Administration James is a Certified Public Accountant and soon-to-be MBA graduate from Moi University. Prior to joining LIA, James held many leadership positions with CARE International and Save the Children (UK). Most recently, James served as the Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development for CARE International. In this newly created position, James will be responsible for the financial, administrative and human resource management for the organizations’ activities.
